E&O Highlights

  • Insurance coverage up to $1 million per claim, $2 million annual policy aggregate per year.
     
  • Coverage includes all products and transactions done through WEG, outside insurance business and RIA activities (Note: P & C Insurance is not covered,)
     
  • Coverage includes financial planning services done either with or away from WEG.
     
  • Coverage for non-registered office staff members/employees.
     
  • Low deductible of $5,000 per claim, $5,000 per business entity (if named in suit) Lower coverage terms apply to Limited Partnership transactions.
     
  • Our policy is comprehensive in scope and affords our representatives "peace of mind" for asset protection.

  • E & O coverage for products and services done away from the firm (not processed through WEG) will require that the full firm deductable be paid by the representative only, and is not shared by the firm, as WEG is not a party to the transaction giving rise to the claim.
